In the narrative of Vaibhav Wankhade’s life, a pivotal chapter unfolded in the year 2006, marking a profound turning point that shaped the trajectory of his ambitions and decisions. At this crossroads, while his peers ventured into new cities for education and aspirations of secure jobs, Vaibhav found himself rooted in Akola, his hometown.

His initial dreams were of exploring the uncharted territories of a new city, pursuing quality education, and ultimately securing a stable and rewarding job.

However, a profound shift occurred due to his father’s unwavering vision for the family business. Despite the allure of distant horizons, Vaibhav decided to stay back in Akola, aligning himself with his father’s determination to establish and nurture the family business.

Initially, this decision left him perplexed, struggling to comprehend the reasons behind the choice to remain in Akola. It was only in 2007 when a life-altering event struck the Wankhede family – his father suffered a debilitating attack of paralysis.

Suddenly, the seemingly perplexing decision to stay back gained profound clarity. Vaibhav, now responsible for the family’s well-being, found purpose in the challenges that unfolded.

In the wake of his father’s health crisis, Vaibhav entered the realm of business, specifically focusing on managing bank lockers.
