Fortuitously, during this period, LIC (Life Insurance Corporation of India) was actively seeking collaborations with builders to fulfil their requirements. The land that Vaibhav had identified not only met but perfectly aligned with LIC’s specifications.

Recognizing the strategic advantage, Vaibhav and his team presented a compelling proposition to LIC. Despite stiff competition from renowned brands, they successfully clinched the deal.
The key to their success lay in more than just a prime piece of land. Vaibhav’s earlier goodwill, established through his impeccable track record working with banks, played a pivotal role. The banks, familiar with Vaibhav’s commitment to delivering excellence, were confident in extending the necessary funding for the project.
